Jordan Tanner

YaYa

Ray H

The emotional pain that awaits us in TLOU Season 2 lol can’t wait.

Flopsi80

I am sure you will like 2 of them very much if you are into dark stuff.😉

Giovana Barrotti

oh my god hereditary is scary as hell, I'm scared for them hahaha

Large Big79

Prisoners and The Menu, we are saved

Henry Lemoine

Horrible Bosses and Prisoners????? Holy shit this month is gonna be great!

Bradley Weeks

I've been wanting Dances with Wolves for a long time but people just don't vote for it.

Adam Belfort

You’ll see some familiar faces in Pacific Rim :)

Jan T

I use Does the Dog Die all he time too. Every time I see a pet or other animal introduced in a film, I immediately hit pause, and check the DtDD website to see what happens to the animal. I SO grateful to the people who created that site. 😄

Chrissy

I’ve had The Menu and Hereditary on my watchlist for a while so it’ll be fun to watch for the first time along with Rob & Trin! And yay for Prisoners! Also ahhh The Last of Us Season 2 has come sooner than I realized! Pumped for that most of all!

Ty linn

Prisoners and hereditary are amazing movies im so glad you guys are finally watching them!

Octavia

I'm with you on the animals... that breaks me. These days, I have to check 'Does the dog die' website before I watch something with potential animal deaths. Fingers-crossed that you'll enjoy The Menu... it's wickedly dark and a bit absurd.... but yet there's so much real commentary there without being soapbox-y. Brilliant cast. I can't imagine anyone not thoroughly enjoying Sense & Sensibility if they just gave it a chance. Put aside their period piece notions. One of my all-time faves.

Jan T

I agree. And I’ll give The Menu a first watch. I’d love them to watch Sense and Sensibility. Emma Thompson did an outstanding job with the screenplay, and playing Elinor. So much witty comedy, mixed in with everything else. I don’t see it ever getting through to a poll with this group though. I couldn’t bring myself to watch Dances with Wolves again though. (The animals. 😢)

Leosunfire23

Most excited for your reaction to The Menu. Love that film and great actors!

Octavia

Thank goodness for The Menu and Gone Girl. I like action-y stuff as much as most... but I'm getting weary of car chases and future-y machine / monster battling. I really want a month of Dances With Wolves or Sense & Sensibility or such. I really want Sense & Sensibility... deserved every award.

Andromayde

Hereditary, The Menu and Prisoners LET'S GOOOOO 🎉🎉🎉

Christine

I'm very excited about the movies this month. Several I haven't watched before (D&D, Pacific Rim, and The Menu) but have always meant to, and some I'm really, really, really looking forward to (Hereditary, Gone Girl, etc.).

TurtZ

I cant wait for them to be scared shitless of hereditary

Troymk1

Guys. I’ve been banging this drum for a while now. But just imagine Robs face during some of the absolutely iconic scenes of pacific rim. I cannot wait

Jan T

It’s not a movie I’d ever want to rewatch. Not that the cast didn’t do their best in their roles, but I just intensely disliked the way the subject was handled. And I agree it was too dragged out.

Stephanie Bedworth

I just got finished watching Prisoners cause I'd never seen it and I thought what the hell, it's got a great cast and an intriguing premise. I'll say this much for it, it's incredibly well shot, but boy was it frustrating. I think it could have been about an hour shorter and been better for it.

Jordan Tanner

Prisoners and the Menu. LFG

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Mine too

Jan T

Pretty disappointing list of movies tbh, when I think of all the great films that didn’t even make the poll. Prisoners has to be one of the most unpleasant movies I’ve ever seen, but at least D&D and Horrible Bosses are a bit of a laugh. Very excited for The Last of Us though. Still some great shows for this month thankfully.

kimburley

Another banger of a month with Rob and Trin 😀

Kim Magee

I wasn't expecting much from the votes and he voted for one or two, the first and the furious is okay, Rob and trins picks are better gone girl even though I know the story, horrible Bosses is funny, prisoners is the best of the lot, great film

MarySoul

Excited for first time watching The menu, Gone Girl and Prisoners and the last of us 2 and more community of course 💓💓💓.

Octavia

Rob & Trin picks giving life once again! The Menu was my favorite movie of 2022.

gdcalhoun

Yeah, they always choose some good ones.

Ninaofthe90s

Awesome. And it actually was my suggestion the month before that. But it didn't make it. So happy it did this time.

Bradley Weeks

I'm most excited about continuing on with Dexter and season 2 of The last of Us. Maybe I'll enjoy some of these movies I've never seen.🙂

GoodDocGonzo

Hereditary was my recommendation last month. I can't believe that it made it to the polls for another month AND narrowly slid past A Quiet Place 😭

Anatol

Gone Girl and Prisoners are some of my favorite movies so I'll trust you and watch Hereditary for the first time with R&T (more fun anyways). ;)

Wesleybucks

Dungeons and dragons!!!! It’s finally happening! Hold onto your bags of holding folks!

Jenny Lee Villanueva

💜💜

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Yes!

Jenny Lee Villanueva

Love it!!! I didn't realize the Last of Us was already starting 💜💜🤘🏾

Jodi Lynn

I love your personal pics over the poll winners. Every time I vote in the polls, my movies never win yet you guys usually end up picking the films I voted for. 😂 Very happy with these choices.

Anatol

Gone Girl + Prisoners + interesting first time watches... (+ TLOU + Community + Dexter) - what a great month!

Stephanie Bedworth

We'll get Pitch Black in there one of these days.

gdcalhoun

Thanks again to R and T for really trying to make everyone happy, even when they know it's an impossible task. Now I'm gonna trash all of the picks for this month. Just kidding. 😏

Stephanie Bedworth

Okay, still mystified that three of the movies I voted for actually won. I'm sure it'll never happen again. LOL Really excited for you two to finally see D & D. I didn't even realize The Last of Us was starting this soon. That's a nice surprise.

MSephiroth

SO many good ones that I'm already looking forward to!

Chris Moffit

Two movies featuring Charlie Day....always sunny grows closer

James

Hey great picks all around this month. I can’t wait for the D&D movie I’ve been waiting to watch it with you guys. Also really excited for the last of us

Farva

My wife will be mad if I watch Last of Us without her, so I may have to double up on it, lol!

Ninaofthe90s

Hereditary, Prisoners AND Gone Girl. This is brilliant 🤩🤩 Prisoners directed by Denis Villeneuve is a masterpiece and it might be Hugh Jackman's best performance. Hereditary my favorite horror movie and it's so much more than just a horror movie. So much substance. Toni Collette gives one of the greatest performances of all time.
