As a D&D nerd this was amazing. Even the Fresh Cut Grass comments is a nod towards Critical Role and one of their characters. One of the teams in the maze is the party from the animated D&D Cartoon from the 80's (or 90's?) there's just so many easter eggs it's brilliant. Even the banter feels like a D&D Campaign. The heroic DMPC showing up to guide the party where they need to go etc.

This join the rank of other horrible D&D movies.... I don't know why it's so hard to do a serious franchise film. Every one has to be low budget schlock....

Loved the movie and the reaction! I have played Dungeons and Dragons tabletop with the same 6 friends from 1989 to 2014. I have played Baldur's Gate 3 four times! This was a real treat!

Awesome reaction to an awesome movie. Me and my mates still quote "he's stealing our bits and bobs" almost daily. Apparently all sequel plans have been shelved but we are instead getting a dnd tv show so that's something
