Agent Melinda May (Agents of Shield Season 2 Episode 4 "Face my Enemy"). In this episode she has been capture by imposter Agent May and her wrists are bound to the armrests with white zipties, ankles (and bare feet) tied to the stool legs with a length of black rope, but not gagged. I would have loved to have seen her with an OTM/OTN gag. What a missed opportunity.
