GIMP <a href="https://www.gimp.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.gimp.org/</a> quite happily opens the PSD file too. I've just saved my own lingerie, stockings, rope bindings, ball gag, blindfold variant from it :-)
