Birthday Story!

Celine let out a long sigh, trying to pick away at her binds. This was not how she wanted to spend her birthday
Her wrists, bound with silk sashes, were tied to the headboard of a bed. Her ankles and knees, tied with the same material, were bound together. She was gagged with some silky material stuffed in her mouth that was held in with a cloth tied over her mouth. Her eyes were covered by a black sleep mask.
How did she wind up in this predicament? Well, as previously stated, it was her birthday. However Tory Curia, her mentor and BFF, was busy trying to perfect the formula to Bindium. She was so busy, in fact, she forgot Celine’s birthday! When Celine tried reminding Tory about what day it was, Tory cut her off and sent her pupil off to fetch some materials.
As an upset Celine headed to the car, someone came up behind her and clamped a sweet-smelling cloth over her nose.
“Shh. Shh. Just take a deep breath and go to sleep, Cee,” Celine heard a familiar voice whisper into ear.
Celine barely was able to register the voice before passing out. An hour later, she woke up all bound up.
Celine suddenly heard a door open. The birthday girl felt someone sit down next to her and lift up her blindfold, revealing the owner of the voice from before: Valentina Mala.
“Hello, Miss Eddysan. Did you enjoy your nap?” the evil heiress asked as she pulled the cloth down from over her mouth, fishing out a pair of pink panties from inside her mouth.
“Valentina! What are you doing?!”
“See, I was originally gonna nab Tory and make her tell me the formula to Bindium so that I could mass produce it before she could and make even more moolah than I already got,” Valentina explained. “But when I heard her tell you to run some errands, I knew that’d buy me some time to get the info out of you before she realized you were missing...birthday girl.”
“How do you know it’s my birthday?” Celine questioned.
“Trust me, I have my ways. But, come on, I at least was aware of your birthday...unlike your so-called ‘friend’.”
Celine shook her head. “Tory will remember...eventually. She’s just busy working on Bindium.”
“Speaking of which, I’d really like to know that formula, Celine.”
“I’ll never tell you!”
“Pardon the cliché, but I have ways of making you talk. And since it’s your birthday, I’ll use a torture method that won’t leave a mark,” Valentina grimly stated. She got up, opened up the top drawer of her nightstand and pulled out the instrument of torture: a long pink feather.
Celine’s eyes nearly bugged out of her head. “Please don’t.”
“I’ll make it simple for you: I don’t stop tickling you until you spell out every ingredient in the Bindium formula,” Valentina told Celine as she started to tug off Celine’s socks.
“You don’t have to resort to this. I’m not even ticklish!”
“Oh,but you will be after I’m done with you,” the horrid heiress countered as she started to explore Celine’s feet with the feather.
“HAHAHAHA-STOP IT! AHHAHAHA-NO, NOT BETWEEN THE TOES! WAHAHAHAHAHAHA”
Meanwhile, back at the lab
Tory was drumming her fingers, waiting for Celine to return from the errand run she was sent on so that the scientist could set up a surprise birthday celebration.
Of course Tory hadn’t forgotten Celine’s birthday. As soon as her pupil stepped out of the door, Tory sprang up from her desk and started to set up all of the decorations she had hid around the lab.
“Come on,” Tory thought out loud, trying not to eye the cake she purchased for Celine. “How long does it take to buy half a pound of Sodium Chloride?!”
