36-48 hours Notice

I underestimated how much of a backlog of business work was needed to be done by taking time off prior for getting the Test Version out in time. So it's really been non-KG demands that have impacted me a bit more than I hoped. But I am formally kind of saying I believe from this post -- I am giving notice that it's likely between 36-48 hours or so for me to release 8.2FinalA. I have to still give myself a little wiggle room in case something pops up, but I have decided to stop any further work after my last set I am working on tonight and a bit more tomorrow. Here is some basic stuff about what has changed from Test ---> FinalA
Sub Path: + 125 renders
Dom Path: + 103 renders + likely 82 renders (185) - I had wanted to try and be ambitious and include the entire 200 render scene I have in my head, but I am going to cut it short and stick with 80ish and continue it in Part 3.
(I am sad to say DMs impacted me about this decision. I enjoy working on this game a lot...except around this time. Some people are unhinged...I've almost never had to ban people from Patreon of all places...but yeah...)
Animations: Approximately 115 added
Tess Outro: 29 renders
Anais Intro to TQA: 9 renders
Anais TQA Preview scene: 33 renders
Rough Raw Totals Added: 381 renders + 115 animations
The biggest time sink was really just going over everything and testing a lot/correcting, mostly thinking about Part 3 too.
Also, as a side note -- if you are having trouble loading saves but used a mod in the past, there is nothing I can do on my side as I don't control/use/understand third party mods. I can only really be responsible for my own content/creations, just like if say a Skyrim mod made by a third party causes issues with the base game. I and others have extensively tested saves from both Season One (Episoides 1-7) going to Episode 8.1 and saves going from 8.1 to 8.2 and not discovered any problems.
My intent with FinalA is that it's a full content version with no future changes needed in that sense. On rare occasions, I have added a tiny bit of content just because I felt like it...but I'm pretty sure I won't feel that way this time. It is possible a Final B version will be made more likely just to clean up tiny errors that are caught, but SAVES shouldn't be an issue as the intent is that this is a Final Version and any changes would be more cosmetic/corrective. But if that is not the case, (a critical error is discovered) then I will let everyone know.
The first post for this version will be released to the $8+ tier, but it is my intent that the next tier should get it pretty soon afterwards if nothing nasty is discovered.
The Android version will take a bit of time after the Final is released (I want to make the Android version is truly a final and only needs to be done ONCE) because it requires third party help and the base game files/program can only create a Windows/PC and Mac version of the game. So expect those two right away but a bit of a delay for Android.
That's it for now, but I'll keep plugging away. (Not likely to respond to much for a bit, don't take it personally I'm just juggling a lot right now and focused.)

Just adding a voice to the choir of support. If you're delayed just put your foot on our throats and tell us that that's how it's gonna be. Please don't work too hard on our account. There's plenty of unhinged games out there for people like that. It's your game, so do you, without remorse. If it's not good enough for some people then that's very much a "them" problem

I am just going to add one more note of support, the idea of harassing a creator especially one that actually works on their project and constantly communicates is just sad to hear. Please take your time and make sure to take care of you. Everyone will live a few extra days!

Really sorry to hear about the bad DMs. I would only ever DM if I am having a problem accessing a tier reward(That is DM something negative) and even then I always start with it is probably my stupidity that caused the issue. Also if you feel like the update is taking too long just drop your pledge and come back when it is released if it is such a big deal. Harassing the creator will only lengthen any delay as you are distracting them from the work and a disheartened creator takes longer to create as they have to find the passion again.

That’s crazy how bad people can be. I see it with a lot of game and people just hurling abuse about the game and delays. Clearly people have no idea what actually goes into it but I’m super excited to play

Looking forward to your next release. Don't rush it though. Do what you need to do. We understand that real life and real priorities must come first which sometimes causes some delays.
