Nevermind I got it to work even though I have a lot of saves where I have no clue where they are.

It loads through the logos fine like before but still a black screen after,I wanna give it longer but I don’t wanna break the game or damage the external drive it’s on.

Reinstalled the game same things going on idk what’s wrong guess my computer doesn’t want these mods to work.

If by the beginning you mean the logos before the title screen loads, it might be this super dumb problem that I've never seen with another game. The NUMBER OF SAVE FILES makes the title screen load slower. When I was testing the mods I had pretty much all slots full, and it took like 10 or more minutes to load, and got even worse when Seperate Ways came out because it has it's own saves. I think having a bunch of mods might make it worse too. To fix it you have to turn off steam cloud in the game's properties and then manually delete the saves you don't need(should also back them up in case you delete the wrong ones) https://www.reddit.com/r/residentevil/comments/129ry8v/re4_remake_save_location/
