HotShotXL
To use it, just download the motion weights for HotShotXL and plug them into motion module path. Works a lot better than animatediff-sdxl motion module. Make sure to set context length to 8 for this model.
Works fine with sdxl turbo too, with dpmpp sde sampler at 4 steps.

Hey, sorry if this is a common question and I didn't find it but I keep getting this error on my colab saying "module 'cv2' has no attribute 'VideoCapture'" while loading the settings, what does this mean? I only touched the video path settings and nothing else

all of a sudden my colab notebook is Unable to connect to the runtime. i didn't change anything just happened randomly im getting this error 404 OPTIONS /api/colab/build-info?token=[secret]

i am trying to implement warp into my comfyui. is there a guide of how to do this locally on linux? i am new to all of this. i see there are codes in stable_warpfusion_v0_36_0.ipynb. Do i run these in my terminal?? sorry for my ignorance but i really need help. thanks

I've rendered 450 frames. I tried multiple times with a few changes in settings. I've changed the turbo_steps, and the % of diffusion for there steps. Tx!

Which model version are you using? Tbh I haven't used turbo in a while as compared to disco the results were dramatically degraded (you only stylize every nth frames)

I can't get the Turbo mode working (in any version). The saved frames do not resemble the frames seen in the preview window. Expect for the first one. The rest of the frames just display the first frame of the input video, with slight distortions.
