Drag the Asset Prefab onto your Avatar's Hierarchy and resize as desired.
Reposition Wheat_Constraint_Head as desired, if necessary.

Drag the Prefab onto your Avatar's Hierarchy and unpack completely.
Drag Wheat_Constraint_Head to the corresponding Head Bone and position however you wish.
Open Avatars 3.0 Manager via VrLabs. (Downloadable through VrChat Creator Companion under Manage Project).
Merge Wheat FX onto current FX.
Merge Wheat Parameters onto current Parameters.
Add the toggle to your VrChat Menu. (Example Menu).
