Tom & Jerry comic has a lot of approaches, they’ve actually done “Jerry gets big” a couple times. But if we get to workshop the idea with you then I think “mouse eats food, then grows as they digest” has the most room for comedy. It lets you do the suspiciously cheese-shaped Jerry, it gives us an added layer of urgency to the chase before the mouse can eat the fridge whole
