Hi Jordies, I am living with my Parents atm after 2 years living in a flat and I am having trouble setting my own personal boundaries. They won’t actually allow me to move back in properly and so my stuff is all stuck in boxes leaving me with nothing to do but look at my phone all day and read while I wait for something to change. I’m an idiot because I don’t have a job but I don’t think its a wise idea when I’m in a space where even the smallest things make me want to throw a brick through a window. The circumstances leading to me leaving the flat have left me with very low self-esteem and feeling very much unlike my younger self. Do you have some advice or books to suggest for setting boundaries and being an advocate for ones self when you just don’t feel you deserve it
