When my husband and I first started dating we got wingstop and it hurt my stomach soooo bad. We’re on the way back to my place after and I farted. It smelled so horrific that I blamed his car and started sniffing the vents and told him that the smell was coming from my vent. ive been struggling w heartburn on and off for yearrrs- don’t lay down after eating, avoid fatty foods as well as acidic foods, eat slower and chew thoroughly, and if it persists see if you can get a prescription for antacids! they helped me a lot and are a bit safer than taking tums every day

you mightve tried already but gaviscon is rlly good for heartburn imo. like the chewable tablets that foam up, just have one and then i try to avoid drinking water for a bit after so it can do its thing. my meds give me rlly bad acid reflux and thats like the only thing that helps me

As an artist and a soon to be art teacher, I definitely would encourage getting into painting! I’m being so fr when I say love your drawings and your art style. Your stylized portraits would look even more epic painted. I think just starting with watercolors and adding them to what you already do in your sketchbook would be a great entry point into the medium, and adding more to the mixed-media plays well with your art style. Or, you could go balls to the wall and and just start painting all together. Either way, I’m sure you will make so many awesome paintings and I’m so so excited to see what else you create. Keep up the good work king 🫶🏻

Painting can seem daunting, but you honestly just have to start. No matter what, your first couple paintings are gonna look like crap. I would recommend letting go of any expectations and self-judgement. It's important to look at something you made and just say "wow! I made this! and I love it because I made it!". I picked up painting about a year ago and I have really improved since then without even realizing it. I just love the process sm and it's genuinely therapeutic. My reccomendations to start: 1. Buy some paintbrushes, acrylic paint (acrylic is best for beginners) and canvases. Cheap ones to start. 2. Watch technique videos on tiktok and youtube. 3. Tracing with a pencil on your canvas before you add paint can help tons.
