Honestly PA is a really great place to live. Super rich Philly suburbs (1 hour + outside of the Philly all nice homes) houses with big yards lots going on but not in the city at all. If you've ever heard of Villanova University its this area called the "Main Line". its the perfect mix of nice suburbs but also being able to quickly get into the city by car or train. The lacing thing - explained with my nursing knowledge - dealers put opioids in their supply (typically fentanyl) to make it more addictive so their customers come back. The problem is fentanyl is super potent and measured in micrograms as opposed to typical drugs that are measured in milligrams. So often times dealers end up putting way too much into their supply.
