I completely agree, and it was great to see that - the issues I have with their relationship come after all of that really, where it looks like they've just settled into a routine of he says something and she punches him in the face haha

Id argue Soi Fon actually does get some development regarding her relationship with Omeyda. She goes from being disgusted by him merely touching her in the Barragan fight to them actively working together against bg9 and she accepts his help and isn’t rude or disgusted like before
