Mamabito: Memories of Arcadia - Pg.7 (+ DOWNLOAD)
🕑 Added 2020-04-12 06:11:16 +0000 UTCHello, Patreon!! We're about a day later than we have been with these last updates, but I'm not even kind of upset about that! I did an entire piece of art AND a separate comic strip just for funsies, and I still managed to finish an entire page only one day late? I'm giving myself a pat on the back for this one!!
It seems our little Mamabito is getting lost in her work under the paw of Mr. Nook... But, unless I'm mistaken, a new voice is trying to breach the doom and gloom building up around her. Now who could this be..?
Page Eight may shed light on this new voice! And perhaps a face to boot! Look forward to it!!

I have like...really gotta tip my hat to you on this one, my guy. This is some great fucking scene work; the absence of the neighbor’s face and distortion of the speech to really highlight Mamabito’s detachment and disassociation, the second-to-last panel and the brief flash of attention that sparks, Mamabito’s haunted, lifeless eyes, and, I dunno if this is intentional or not, but the bottoms of the trees looking like hands reaching down as if to pull her up...quality~ ✋🏾😌👌🏾
