Thank you for sharing. It’s been an amazing transformation to watch. I enjoy these confessional type videos and hearing it from your perspective. Here are a few questions to consider - 1) do you consciously consider chairs and where to sit when you go to restaurants or friends and family’s houses? 2). Have you had to make any immediate changes in your day to day life and in your house?
