Time to fix the game (now fixed)

Also I am going to increase the total flasks you can carry so fighting bosses can be easier.
I am also changing back the no consuming stamina out of battle feature and only disable it in the dungeon.
If you have any other idea o advice pls let me know.

The fire rate of the magician in the prisoner dungeon is a bit too fast i think
