For this session I had Katie meet me at my studio. We had a loose vision board before she arrived. When she arrived, we chatted and decided that we were just going to go with the flow of our emotions. I had shared that I had been going through a difficult time with my mental health and I wanted to let out everything I've been keeping trapped inside. By looking at the images I feel like I was able to get some things off my chest through imagery. The slow progression of freedom in this set shares perfectly how I felt during this session. Peeling back layers one by one. Feeling free, yet exposed and vulnerable by the end.
