Just like every other game's character creation I guess, you just have to tweak this and that until you feel like your character is unique and hot in your own way. Try thinking out of the box and start from the eye part you don't like, change the way she looks with makeup and install a lot of appearance mods of your choice, EKT Character Creator is also a good mod to play around with. And lastly, commission someone to literally sculpt a face for you, expensive as fuck, but you'll most likely get what you want.
