Donât perceive it as a downgrade; think of it as space being made for something better. I know itâs easier said than done but ultimately thatâs what it is. Things are being taken out so you can experience something new and better. As far as the leasing consultant you met, youâre going to bump into that a lot, because we are effectively there to sell what youâre looking (Iâm not saying itâs right). A lot of whatâs out there in the Greater Phoenix area are look and lease deals due to slower traffic. If youâre looking to save money Mesa might be a better hit, depending on what exactly youâre looking at.

You made the decision that was right for you. Best thing you can do is back yourself up. Do your best to focus on how you're moving the direction you want to go and soften whatever comes up in terms of regret or anxiety, or whatever. Be your best advocate, you're gonna figure this out and it's okay that it's a process.
