Do I install the patch from the December drop with the patch in it?

you still need the english patch, the torrent is game only.

On the full game download from the torrent is there something else you have to do to install it? The game opens up until the cat logo and use in japan only then goes never loading. I don't see an installer just the "com3d2.exe/ and the x64 one.
