A small clarity update since people still get confused sometimes: To download you NEED to join the Discord server.
1. Connect your Discord account and Patreon account. To do this see this article: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/212052266-Get-my-Discord-role
2. Join our server! https://discord.gg/Dkjwvq7
3. After this make sure you have the Super Supporter role, and head to the #molly-releases channel and every latest version is pinned for easy download. (If you have any further issues, ask them in the #help channel for a quick solution).
Patreon distributed downloads are a possibility in the future, just not very secure.
Lots of things have happened since the last post, including but not limited to:
-Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion
-Irradiance Caching for path traced light
-Spherical Harmonics for normal clarity
-Subsurface Scattering and improved water
-Raytraced Refraction
-Many many many bug fixes and tweaks to ensure both Nvidia and AMD hardware works smoothly
-Much better cloud volumetrics and lighting
-Additions of all emissive blocks from newer Minecraft updates
-Spatial upscaling and general sharpening to improve clarity
-Optional Pixelization and VHS post processing
-Voxelized sub blocks, including fences, stairs, walls, slabs, etc.
-And much more!
Hope this clears up stuff for people who aren't in the server!

I followed all of the steps and still can not receive the download? It shows a lock icon saying No Access! What gives?
