Might be interesting to give him Elixirs from Marvel's Bio Manipulation that should stand up to a high magic setting like dxd https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Joshua_Foley_(Earth-616)

I don't mean basic bio manipulation. I mean making brother moons from Dead Space, I mean making Tyranids, I mean controlled magical plagues that feed off of people's magic so the stronger they are the more violent there reaction is. He could create dragons or hell take the boosted gear and stuff it inside a homunculi dragon body under his control and have Ddraig pilot it.

DxD is a high fantasy genre. I don't think standard bio-manipulation can cut it there but, I suppose with the ability to use devils magic system along with sacred gears (which are canonically spiritual) would be enough.

Brother Moons VS DXD... I bet on the moons tbh

Also like idea

Eternalraven

Just the thought of a bio - manner, brings up thoughts of necromorphs

I always like panacea from worm there are some good fanfictions that use her powers

You can use Yaldabaoth from SCP as inspiration for the origins of the MC’s powers, maybe make that God sealed him in a Sacred Gear like Ddraig or the protagonist is the reincarnation of the Old God. https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Yaldabaoth_(SCP_Foundation)

Considering how DXD is a softcore hentai world that could work lol

Laplase

I like it maybe while you are at it make it so he can change himself or give him the abilities of Blacklight from Prototype. Maybe without the personality changes and need to spread, perhaps the want-to-breed could replace it.
