Literally every character of note was a hero, villain, or monster in their past lives and their deeds and strength would affect their lives now in their Falna that touched their very souls.
For all the gods raved and promised that once we died and reincarnated our karma would be wiped clean, that was very much a lie. As the old Argonaut tale which featured the past selves of Ryuu, Ais, Bell, Lefiya, and more were in that tale and they have reincarnated literally thousands of years later all within a few years of one another... Coincidence I think not!
I beheld Tina and as she slumbered next to I pondered over what the fuck I should do with her... As she had awakened the Blood Fury Spear of her ancestor Fianna. Literally midget Hulk rage that infinitely scaled the user's strength, durability, and all other aspects of the body including magic on how much the user hated the world.
Back in the old days when Fianna was running around and she had a harem of other midget pallum knights spinning for her, with the Blood Fury Spear skill she was equal to a peak level of seven or eight and her feats were so great that for millennia Pallums literally worshiped her as a goddess and the actual gods were afraid she would break the lower world of Genkai.
'So... My midget waifu is carrying the essence of Fianna and has obviously inherited some form of that skill.' I thought ruefully as I threaded my hand softly through her dirty blond hair that was in disarray from our frantic fucking. I gently sighed and shook my head as I shrugged.
"Welp, I got you, so now I got to take responsibility," I whispered and in response, the sleeping form of Tina tightened her grasp around my stomach that she was laying upon.
Having someone with the potential to have the strength of a level seven being so subservient to me could only help me grow... That's if her skill doesn't end up driving her mad anyway. So while Tina slumbered in my lap I smiled wryly as I realized something.
Hephaestus was going to certainly have an interesting reaction to this!

Across Orario was a large garden that was filled with fantastical flowers that were gently pushed into the air with the gentle winds that entered Orario over their walls. The beautiful garden was filled with a series of soul-stirring feminine laughter. Two goddesses for none could look upon their perfect forms and feel their auras could say otherwise, were sitting across from one another and discussing their latest life events.
Both were beauties with silver hair and pale flawless skin, both were full-figured voluptuous forms clad only in thin silks but with one wearing more risque attire than the other. But they differed in many ways.
One had blueish-green tattoos gently crossing her exposed flesh and green eyes with a diamond-shaped set of pupils, while the opposite goddess positively radiated a pure charm with each of her movements even as her bright amethyst eyes looked upon her friend with interest.
"So you have found an interesting would-be Familia member my old friend?" The goddess Freya spoke softly as she elegantly took a drink from her teacup and her long-time friend nodded as she laid her chin on her threaded-together hands which Freya knew was a sign that her friend was in deep thought.
The other goddess, who went by several names but was now known commonly down here in the Mortal Plane as Kusanali, nodded slowly as her star-shaped eyes met Freya's. "Yes, Freya... I was able to speak with Hepheatues little star smith in the making in Tsubaki within my favorite coffee shop and found out how Hephatues picked up a treasure... In my eyes at least." At Kusanali's depiction of these so-called treasures Freya had a smile of amusement curled the corner of her full lips while an eyebrow rose, before waving her hand in a 'get on with it motion;
But Kusanali snorted and looked at her friend with scorn as she loudly sipped at her tea making Freya pout so beautifully that her charm was unveiled but Kusanali was unphased at the soul-capturing sight as her eyes dulled in memory of what she had captured and plucked from Tsubaki's very mind without her knowledge.
Seeing her friend not react to her charm Freya could only pout harder before she rolled her eyes and folded her leg over the other as she tapped the marble table that separated the two goddesses as she spoke sarcastically. "Kusanali, I am hurt..." Freya said sarcastically as she held a hand to her voluptuous breast. "Why would you even tease me about such an interesting thing if you arent going to say anything!?" Freya said dramatically and Kusanali paused before nodding.
Kusanali giggled at the sight of her friend before speaking and thus explaining what she had seen. "Hehehe. Freya, it was a beautiful sight to me... Creation, knowledge born of imagination that was brought to reality." She began painting the picture in awe of the memories she saw in Tsubaki's mind clearly resonating in her innocently seductive voice. "He broke magic and the laws of reality in perfectly fusing two objects together with not only zero loss between the objects but Freya!" Kusanali's diamond eyes were spinning with mad glee and the single-minded desire for knowledge that made her a powerful goddess back in Tenkai.
Freya with an iron will didn't react as her friend grabbed her hands with too much enthusiasm as a warm feeling filled her chest at seeing her friend get it... She got that, same obsession she had for mortals that burned brightly like fireworks in their ever-so-short lives.
"Freya, he broke the laws of reality in not only his skill not taking mana, mind or even divinity from some source. But the resulting object made from the two prior combined materials were more, denser, stronger, and more magically potent than the prior items should have allowed!" Kusanali said emotionally with almost tears coming to her eyes at the sheer impossibility that was dangling in front of her eyes.
And oh how clear it was to Freya that Kusanali wanted this star she had found... Freya smiled gently as she softly extracted her hands from her friend who pouted at the removal of their hands but Freya was a war goddess and Kusanali was a goddess of life and knowledge, even with their divinities sealed Freya was fully capable of feats of strength that Kusanali couldn't dream of in her mortal body.
Either way, Freya spoke with humor clear in her voice as her gentle smile turned slightly vicious in a way only a woman of her level could hold. "So my dear friend... I imagine you came to me to see if I could help you steal this poor star away from Hephaestus?" Freya questioned with her smile turning wry and Kusanali's pout become dull as she eyed her friend coldly before slowly shaking her head.
There was a heavy silence between the goddesses for a moment before Kusanli spoke softly. "No... Even should I have made a perfect plan to do so. It wouldn't matter with how his Falna isn't even a week old." She said with irritation in her voice as she closed her eyes and took a breath before opening her eyes and speaking again. "What I wish of you is thus, Hera and Zeus are playing their be dammed games again to suppress the other Familia's, and this time they are planning on bullying the crafting Familia's to get them to lower their prices to rock bottom levels."
Freya froze and at hearing the name Hera her hand that had picked up her teacup flexed and the poor teacup loudly shattered with the tea running down Freya's hand and arm beautifully like an art piece. "What do you want of me Kusanali?" Freya asked dangerously as Hera was her berzerk button... The raging neurotic bitch of a goddess had purposefully gone out of her way to suppress her for years and it wasn't uncommon for a level five or even seven adventurers of Hera's Familia to randomly just kill one of her own Familia members in the dungeon regardless of level difference.
So to say the least, Freya hated Hera with a burning passion.
Kusanali eyed her friend with serious eyes before she sighed as she spoke. "Zeus's mad dogs unchained of their god's already negligent eyes are going to make an example out of the crafting families... I don't want my star Jake Bariss to be that example." She finished and then Freya twitched as Kusanali's foreign divine mind touched hers and then Freya shuddered at the sight of Jake as she saw what Kusanali couldn't.
Even in just a foreign memory, Freya's ability to see souls was unmatched by even the mad gods of death that walked the streets of Orario and the mortal plane. So Freya smiled with her pink tongue slightly peaking out of her mouth as she swallowed her first reaction of moaning at the sight of primordial creation within the boy's soul as she met her friend with an to innocent smile as she spoke genially. "I see... Well, I can divert some of my children to make sure he doesn't get picked out but I will need a favor in return." Freya said not letting this opportunity to use her friend's powers go to waste even if she would have done it for nothing anyway and if anything hearing there was a cost Kusanali smiled in relief as that dangerous light in her eyes faded.
Freya then asked her favor and Kusanali only raised an eyebrow before shrugging. "I desire to know 'The Empresses' secrets and weaknesses," Ferya stated clearly targeting the only level nine adventurer in the world who was the captain of the Hera Familia.
