i like the short hair better, it looks more dynamic and light, while the braid version make the picture looks kinda heavy/overfill ??

I like both! i voted for the braid because it reminds me of the classic cover image but both look beautiful!

I love the way the hair in B fills the space and draws your eye toward the action. The braid also allows for more equal negative space for the two characters.
