I made this method after listening to a lot of self hypnosis / manifestation meditations, and i realised it would be such a great idea to incorporate strong self hypnosis to connect more deeply to our own manifestations and hopefully to let your trigger a shift in your reality / manifest.
This method is both fitted for reality shifting AND manifestation work of ANY kind. In this meditation, we are going to accept that a manifestation coming to you is a shift in your reality. Let it flow ๐
This method is a NON VISUALISATION one, and features the sound of a metronome for the self hypnosis, aswell as the void method and the raven method, alongside famous manifestation meditation techniques.
We firstly relax and connect to our breath and the universe
We sink down further into relaxation until we reach a transe
We let our subconscious mind open up and soak up the affirmations
We let our mind be reprogrammed with infallible beliefs
We count from 1 to 100 and shift our reality
This method can be both done asleep or awake
