Simplest answer to if it's filler or not or just watch more main story? Just watch it all. There's never any bad filler in my opinion till like episode 150ish maybe 250ish. Let's just say it's convoluted and crazy and kind of derails from the main story a lot

By the way Titania is a fairy from a Shakespeare play. She is basically the queen of the fairies. Because Erza is one of the strongest females of the fairytail guild she got the nickname.
