I can kind of get why Gray acts so cold towards Juvia tbh, aside from just being uncomfortable with her over the top behavior lol. Like the last two women who got rly close to Gray and cared about him a lot ended up having their lives cut short 😢 I think it’s understandable that he’d be pretty traumatized by that, especially when Juvia’s feelings for him are probably 100x stronger compared to Ul and Ultear. I’ve always thought that a part of Gray just wants Juvia to stay away so she doesn’t get hurt/sacrifice herself for him like the other two did
