First Week on Patreon

I have 3 patrons within the first week of this announcing my Patreon. I am honestly humbled. Thank you so much Geoffery, Brax and Muckerman. You're the best.
This might actually work and I might actually be able to quit my job. You have my gratitude forever.
So this might be a good time to detail my plans for this operation, set some goals both long and short term:
First off; I'd like to set the posting schedule. Up till now, I've been posting things here and on other platforms like Twitter and DeviantArt pretty much as soon as I render them and write the flavor text. This is partly because I've just been really excited to get my art out there but also because I wanted to build a base or catalog (however small) in order to give people an idea of what to expect in terms of my content as possible. Obviously, I have a lot more planned but I thought it'd be handy to have at least a sexy half-orc on display to get the ball rolling.
Ideally, I aim to have official posts every Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Posts on Monday and Thursday will be the main story images, namely, Bora and Miriilandra's adventures, getting into all sorts of sexy trouble with posts on Sundays usually reserved for "Non-Canon" Alternate Versions like renders of specific fetishes, other silly/sexy outfits and so on.
The reasons for choosing this schedule are threefold:
- I have a day job. Unfortunately, that's my reality right now, and until I make enough money from Patreon, this is still how I support myself. I gotta eat, pay the bills and support two hungry cats so this means I have a limited amount of hours in the day to produce content here, so a schedule will not only keep me organized, but it will help me plan my weeks and months accordingly!
- I need a buffer. Basically planning a week or so in advance will guarantee you guys have a reliable flow of new content if anything goes wrong; like emergencies, sickness, personal stuff if I may need to resolve, etc... Any unforeseen circumstances that may arise, I'll at least be safe in the knowledge that next week is planned out.
- Render times. This one was something I initially (very naively) didn't even consider. An image of Bora takes about 2 hours to render. An image of Miriilandra takes about 2 and a half. I ran some tests and the 2 models together take nearly 5 hours. And this is with JUST the wall and floor as the environment. I want to create bigger scenes, with more detail and characters and effects so once I get good enough to make those, each render will probably take even longer. There just isn't enough time in the day to leave all the renders in the oven, and this isn't even counting the time it takes to set a scene up, edit the models and so on. I fully intend on investing in more powerful hardware but right now, I gotta work with what I got and what I got is a little trooper of a MacBook and an external hard drive.

"Behind The Scenes" posts will be made once a week, usually hinting at what is to come, but will not have a set day.
Updates (like the one you're currently reading) will be posted as they become relevant i.e. if I need to update you lovely people on something.
New Desktop Wallpapers will be available every month!
The FULL Image sets from the Alternate Version Renders will go up with the Sunday posts! I'll usually post one of the images on twitter and deviant art but the full set will only be available here!
Long Term Plans:
Eventually, I want to post monthly Story excerpts. Essentially, written posts containing more in-depth literature for Bora & Mirii's story. And I suppose this is a good segway into my goals for this project:
I want to tell an erotic story about two lovers and their misadventures. I want it to be big and sprawling and epic, I want it to be silly and charming and sweet and I want it to be sexy as fuck. I love pulpy BDSM fantasy stuff and that's what I want to try and do here. I want to have fun and I want to share that fun with all of you.
There is an overarching narrative and I already know what I want the ending to be.
I am also however, in absolutely no hurry to get there. I want to tell this story in a more episodic "episode of the week" kind of way, similar to the Xena: Warrior Princess TV show from the 90s (that show is a BIG reference so fully expect to see references and tonal similarities popping up all over the place).
Bora and Mirii aren't the only characters of course, they'll meet villains, friends, different factions and it's going to be very sexy, don't worry. I'm also building the world they inhabit, planning it out so it feels consistent and like an actual place (but like, you know, with fantasy shit) if like me, you're a nerd and enjoy fleshed out worlds and an honest attempt at worldbuilding.
Can't wait to explore it with you all!
As for the different tiers, I have plans for each one as well! I've already planned out more rewards on other tiers but I'm not 100% confident in my skills as a 3D artist yet to take requests from scratch so I'll probably start out with editing pre-made models I find and put those in the monthly polls! Eventually, as I improve, we'll have a wider selection of fan art to choose from!

I've JUST figured out how to add the actual files to the image posts here on Patreon so you can download them. They are essentially the same resolution as the pictures in the posts and I've just been assuming you guys right-click and save images if you want to store them, but I can upload the files for download if you want! I don't know what the difference is but let me know if it's something you want!

Would any of you be interested in a Discord server? It's just the 4 of us here at the moment but it might be something worth looking into for the future! I'd love to get to know you guys!
