0.10 is gonna be soon, a little special and about Mary
🕑 Added 2023-05-31 10:51:28 +0000 UTCFinally, work on the new version is almost complete! It has many features, the main one in my opinion being that there are finally more lines that the main character says out loud than he thinks!
Moving on to the less significant features, however, it is worth noting the length of the new version. It's a little longer. I wanted it to end right before the final arc, but in the process there's a little more content than I planned.
What is the content? Mary. There's also going to be Mary in there. Well, and Mary will be there, too. And also finally revealing what's going on in the mind of the main character of the story... Mary. And there will also finally be a scene with an optional capro-fetish... With Mary.. Okay, there will also be a little episode with a new side character, an ending with an escape, and two variations of its ending with Alex (one with sicification, one without).
There are also a couple of global but minor changes. First, after 9 chapters and half a year of the game's release, I decided to do character sprite dialogues after all. You've probably seen these in a lot of other novels, so it's nothing special, but in my version they'll move around a bit, which I hope you like how it looks. A little later, if I don't forget, there will be a poll about sprite animation, but just in case - the characters can be turned static in the settings at the very bottom.
On top of that, in chapter 10 you'll first hear a bunch of new music, but more importantly, moaning and sex sounds. I had planned to add sex sounds and sighs to all the chapters that came before this one, but this way the version would have come out even later. Better yet, evaluate them in chapter 10 for now, and then I'll do a poll to see if it makes sense to add them to the existing scenes.
And most importantly, I finally made a mod that turns off all of the main character's thoughts in the game. I'll release it in a separate post this week. Yeah, now everyone who complained about his muttering in his head can turn it off and look at what the game looks like without them (horrible, but fun) =)
