Some criticize the game and give it a low rating because of it, some ask to be given a skip, and some didn't download at all or quit the walkthrough because of it. The game was even removed from a couple sites because of the amputee tag
This is a difficult topic for me, because I am convinced that through hentai novels can and should try different fetishes in a harmless and safe manner and it has nothing to do with the desire to do something in reality. But while we're on the subject, I think it's worth asking for a list of your fetishes that were partially in KBM as well, that you wouldn't want to see or would like to be able to skip/avoid.
