Recently, one of the group's new Priests had been showing promise in the field and, preferring to hire from within, called her up to his office. It was... a surprise to find her already IN his office once he arrived, a surprise slightly underplayed by the melted knob still slowly dribbling down the door.
"I was... unaware acid could melt diamond..." He spoke curiously as the expensive, crystalline ooze dripped on his floor.
"Oh, it can't. That wasn't acid," was the only, brief reply he received.
He has high hopes that her mastery of science would help lead the Society to greater heights... and prays that her mastery of science doesn't bring it to its foundations.
