Progress Report, 17/04 - 20

Some good news are afoot in that the scene build for LotW2 Redux got finished this week, meaning lighting and scene setups are underway. The script is also effectively finished, and aside from perhaps a few polishing matters, won't change significantly to the finished piece. As such, I feel comfortable sharing it and have embedded it below in the attachments.
On another positive note for LotW2, I can now confirm that Midnight Datura is on board for the project and has given a green light for the whole ordeal. She sent me a few voiced lines that frankly was the closest I've ever heard anyone imitate Lulu, which made her a given in the whole ordeal. She's got one of the more mature sounding voices in the industry, which already put her above and beyond many lighter-voiced VAs when it came to this particular casting, and the clips were just the final bits I needed to hear before making a decision.
I am also in the talk with Ivan Recshun regarding the voicing of Kimahri, who have a few, gruff lines to speak. Aside from that, depending on game sound availability, I might have to commission more than a few monster sounds as well. If you happen to know any male VA who can do monstrous voices and have the modulation software for it, please do hit me up.
On the subject of VA's, I've also sent a message to Lizzie Ray, aka Miss Moonified, querying her regarding a reprisal of her role as Liara in my work. This is specifically in relation to the 3K special, which has seen some headway this week, though not as much as LotW2.
On the note of the Warcraft comic, I am yet to hear back from Bangfri regarding my model, but has sent him a reminder to keep me updated on the matter. It is currently on hold until I know more about my model.
Commissions are still underway, with some more ambitious pieces having taken my time whenever I've found opportunity to poke away at them. No one is forgotten, rest assured, I am just incredibly slow at all this, so thank you for your patience.
Wednesday didn't feature a wallpaper this week courtesy of time constraints, mainly due to the absolute screwery that is night shifts, sorry about that - I hope to have something up this coming Wednesday though. Monday Loops roll onwards as per usual!

These are trying times for all of us, so genuinely, thank you - for all of you who think my work is worth sticking with, whether you're stuck at home or still on the hamster wheel, I swear to do my best to make the best content I possibly can, and hope that I can live up to whatever expectations you have! Only one way to find out, in the end :)

Hi DH, glad to see that LotW2 is making progress. While I have never worked with VAs before, I do remember seeing the name Steve Hamm credited for the monster sounds in Derpixon's fantastic video "Party Games." Check it out on PH if you haven't seen it yet. Anyway, keep up the great work and stay safe!
