Humble Beginnings

I've been busy lately using my spare time to learn the basics of Blender, and while I'm slowly learning how to make a good doughnut using online tutorials, I definitely have ways to go. Still, that didn't prevent me from loading up the ever lovely Liara for the sake of this post.
I hope to learn the ins and outs of this powerful program over the coming weeks, and may just have something to show for it in the near future. SFM meanwhile remains a staple, in due part because the model availability is leagues beyond what is available to Blender, but I want to be ready in the event it becomes a viable alternative. The things you can do in this program are mind-boggling as a creator, especially when you're coming from the Source engine. Creating a new Blender tag for potential future purposes.

None on that front sadly. If I learn how to make my own models properly through Blender though, don't be surprised if I dive onto that.

Awesome btw, did you get that Samara model sorted? Has there been any updates on that?

From what ive heard it takes longer to do blender stuff. But the quality and things you can accomplish is as you stated; mind boggling! Also I love Rigid3d and Icedev!
