Progress Report, 04/09 - 20

First things first, it seems that, a few hiccups aside, the Lady of the Woods 2 project has been very well received. I'm very happy with the feedback thus far, and am eager to, after having taken a few days off to deal with all the commitments I put off during my crunch period, get back to creating stuff again. The Pörnhub link now seems stable as well, either because the person reporting my uploads gave up or because it racked up enough views to not warrant insta-deletion by algorithms upon reporting. Regardless, in order to take care of more immediate business, I figured I'd stake out the plans for the very near future here:
First, I will quickly sort out the two remaining commissions I have accepted. I'll slowly begin to contact more I've promised slots after they are done and delivered, as I find the time to do so.
Second, I will immediately dive into finishing the 3000 twitter celebration piece featuring Liara in an alley. As you can see from the picture above, we overshot 5000 fairly recently (and are now closing in on 5100) which means it's high time to finish this one up. Yikes, but a good problem to have, I reckon! It'll be a bit on the shorter side, with more intense creampie-oriented action, akin to the greenscreen scene in LotW2 I figured, but it remains to be seen what SFM will allow me to do with all its limitations.
Third, I will be setting up a poll to gauge the general popularity of the models I find feasible for the next SFM project, with a multi-pick choice option to it. This will not be the project I will immediately determine the character from, but will rather serve to give me a means to narrow down the options for the actual poll in question. Then, I will device that one, with a single-pick option structure.
Fourth, I will be working on the Tifa Blender mini-project, as voted on by the community, in an attempt to create my first (if experimental) project in the line. This will be developed in tandem with the new major SFM community poll project, as well as the smaller side-projects I have cooking in the background, as to give me the freedom required to keep my creative senses alive.
Thus, a TL:DR To-Do List:
1: Commissions, finishing those two in the works already.
2: Twitter 3k Celebration Piece (Mass Effect, Liara).
3: Extensive polling for future SFM project.
4: Tifa Blender mini-project + Breaking the Lineage + Blitzballs + future major SFM project.
(5: Pester Bangfri about my orc model so I can get the Warcraft web comic project rolling)
It's good to be back! Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for all of your kind words. I hope to dive deeper into Blender animation in the near future, as to learn the intricacies and make my animations there more on par with the quality of my SFM pieces, but with the added benefits of the engine in question. Thank you for joining me on this weird journey :)

Congrats on 5k, and happy to see the reception was great! Must feel good to finally ship the huge job, though try and not dig yourself too deep right in more work right away lol!

Yeah, someone got Pixel-Perry (a blender artist) to close their account because everything they uploaded got reported. Must be very annoying.

Congratulations on 5000. LOTW 2 was a good job looked very good the only minus about it was maybe .... definitely too short. After the preferred tauren scene it went too fast in a small second scene. With a background like LOTW, where there are lots of lovers, there shouldn't be a 5-6 minute short film that just doesn't satisfy the hunger of some Thick monsters out there in the world ; ) Stay healthy and happy^^
