Progress Report 16/10 - 20
🕑 Added 2020-10-16 03:51:08 +0000 UTCHello everyone and welcome to a very brief progress report before I rush off to work! Better header image this time around than horrible spike man, as well :)
The 3K/5K project is making strides in the animation department. The very first scene is really tethering on the brink in terms of RAM usage, but I believe it'll carry on through even during higher quality rendering. It's nerve-wrecking, no doubt, but we'll find a work-around if it turns out SFM would rather crash than deliver us to the smut promised land. The other scenes are getting their core animation sorted as well, in spite of another rough week at work. The estimated delivery date of the end of the month, however, will have to be slightly pushed into next month as my work here is contingent on my patreon support money, which is transfered the 5:th of every month, to pay for expenses pertaining to the work, such as Voice Acting - both as to make taxation matters much easier to file, and to keep it separate from my private, ever strained budget.
In more positive news, as you might have guessed from the image above, we've managed to secure a Blender Femshep model that is of utmost quality, so expect to see her in the very near future. Shout-out to the OGs of the 3D scene that are the model creators - without them, us animators would literally be nothing.
Commissions still have 1 last one left in the queue. The time I believed I would be allotted has not come to pass lately, but I hope, as always, I'll get around to it in the coming week. I believe I'll only take on 2 or 3 tops for this next batch, but if I promised you a slot keep an eye out in your inboxes regardless.
