Progress Report 09/08 - 24

More model work has taken place this week, where I've become a supporter of R2 Studio and his models, giving me a slew of them to work on. More importantly however, many of these are the models from which some other creators have sourced theirs, and for which I was under the wrongful impression that they had made from scratch, so I consider it something of an attempt at redemption on my part. While I try to be as discerning as can be as a creator when I source my models, it is almost inevitable that something will be lost in communication, or by all means, covered up, leaving me in the dark about the actual origin of certain characters I utilize. I can only endeavor to do better, and hope that I grow a more critical eye as time goes on.

The R2 Studio lineup consists of a bunch of other models that I hope to include over time, such as Kanroji Mitsuri and Matsumoto Rangiku. While they require more work than most other DAZ based models to get prepared, I am very happy with their quality and feel it is a worthy endeavor to get them in order. Consequently, whatever models of R2 that I finalize will replace those that were ripped from them in the past.

Hello Sam! Discord roles are managed automatically by the Patreon Discord integrated bot. $5 and $10 tier patrons have Discord access, and if you downgrade from those tiers you will also lose access to primary channels by your role being revoked. Folks without roles on the Discord only has access to the rules and welcome channels, as things are.

Question i use to have access to the discord now i only have access to rules and welcome is there something i did wrong?

Its status is being constrained primarily by scheduling - the time I am afforded each animation is simply not sufficient to animate more than 1 lady for a piece. Scenarios are potentially workable, but I inevitably have to cut some corners to make 2 ladies fit in there, and since I generally dislike crossovers it requires the planets to align and have two ladies from the same franchise end up really close to one another in the poll, with one of them winning (and the other preferably in second place for me to be able to feature both with a clear conscience). Both will, after all, be subject to cooldowns if featured, so I don't want the fans of the "extra" lady to feel cheated. Some models are of course really heavy too and will hog all the VRAM, but most would technically allow for an average of 2 to be featured (depending on who they are paired with), but indeed, that'd require me to simply have longer time to work on my animations. I've been endeavoring to make my own larger scenes in my spare time, slowly over time, releasing them separately from the main schedule, but since I've been trying to catch up on all the models I have to get ready and also have project work to deal with, I've had precious little time to dedicate towards that pursuit, sadly.

Hey what is the status of multiple female models in scenes ? now that the model list is also stedily growing. or are female models just too demanding for the software then male ones?
