Do the type of Animal Features depend on the person who casts the spell or the person it's cast on. So for example if Kai casted the spell on Brad/Brenda would there Animal ears & tail be the same as Kelly's or would they be different?

Not quite. That only happens when Kai forgets. As long as he's wearing the hat, Kai will be in control.
