Progress Report: 09/01 - 26

The EDI (Mass Effect) comic has once again made good progress, and it's gotten over its worst road bump in terms of detail work, so I am expecting production to speed up over the coming Tuesdays.
The next project has also been decided upon, for which I'll be using the Cycles engine for the first time, and it'll feature Lulu from Final Fantasy X. For those who have been around for a while following my work, this was once an old Source Filmmaker project that kept losing in community polls called "Blitzballs", and while it'll have a similar setting there's a significantly more intricate script being written for it for which I have a very rough outline at the moment, and I'm also actually playing through Final Fantasy X again to capture some necessary in-game footage. More on this in the future, where I hope to have something more tangible to share soon enough, but the test-renders and scene setup I went with looked stable enough for me to feel comfortable announcing it like this.

And I believe that's it for this week folks! Monday will have a loop animation land which will be resolved over the weekend, but today it is Friday and I shall force myself to rest. Hahah I remember buying it quite a while back because I needed to do a lot of sound rips from the game, making it a business expense. Looks like I'm getting more value out of that investment
