I sent you a message to all of you with the link to download the reward of August according with the Tier you choose. So, check out your messages tab in your Patreon account.

Read the following text, is REALLY important.
Now, do you guys remember that post about fraud accounts in Patreon? After reading the Help center about patron's status, I want to take it back what I post, and I want to apologies for being so harsh and mean with you all.
I believe that all of you are not making pledges to your artist for bad intentions. I believe that you guys are following your favorite artists because you really like their art and support them and wish the best for them, in exchange for a reward or a benefit, or simply just to make the act of support your favorite arts without nothing in exchange. Whatever the reasons are.
Now, according to Patreon about fraud status, I'm writting this information from the Help center textually, so here it is:
" Fraud - Your patron's bank or the payment processor have marked this payment as being potentially fraudulent. There are a number of reasons this can occur. You can let your patrons know to get in touch with their bank, Stripe, and/or Patreon to clear this up. Your patrons will want to reach out the their bank or Stripe to resolve this and get charged for their pending pledges."
Now, if you're wondering why you didn't receive your reward, this (above) is why.
If your account have been labeled as "fraud", I'd suggested to check out your bank account if there are some issues to make payments in this website, or contact to Patreon's help center to resolve this problem.

I know that this sucks that this had happened to you, and I really want to share my arts with you for being so awesome.
