That video was very good as well. A few suggestions: if you ever want to simulate burning in the urethra or anally you can instruct to peel ginger into the shape of a buttplug (called figging) or cut a thin rod in the shape of a sound. I think generally safer than toothpaste and honestly more intense the longer you leave it in.
