One more little note...when you start the next arc, be very careful NOT to watch more than a second of the open, or things will be immediately spoiled for you. You'll be tempted, because the song is amazing, but don't do it. I still can't believe it's how they came back from hiatus, spoiling the whole damn arc right off the bat LMAO

He asks them if their dragons also disappeared on 7th July, 777. They didn't deny it, all they said was that they killed them. They still died, according to Sting and Rogue, on that same day 👀

The soundtracks they use here are phenomenal, we get a rendition of the Fairy Tail main theme when the match starts and Natsu and Gajeel are bodying Sting and Rogue, then we get the "Third Generation Dragon Slayer" and "White Dragon and Shadow Dragon Slayer" OSTs when Sting and Rogue get the upper hand, then we get the "3 Dragon Slayers Theme" when Natsu and Gajeel get the upper hand again, then we get the "Sabertooth" theme when Sting Dragon Force goes all out against Natsu and Gajeel, then we ge- it's eargasmic I'm sorry Also reason Gajeel was able to stop Rogue is because Rogue, while he can attain the body of a shadow and become unhittable, when he's landing an attack on someone he still has to solidify his body again for his attack to have a physical impact. Gajeel stopped him right in that moment, cuz as Lily said, "after fighting for a while, Gajeel gets used to it"

They unfortunately didn't have a choice, the anime had caught up to the manga and they had to take a break. I'm so glad I wasn't watching live, the wait would have broken me. I caught up a few months before the final season came out, and that short wait was horrible LMAO
