Oh, okay that may be what's going on then. I'm tier 2, but for some reason I'm not seeing locked videos, since they are invisible to me, I'm not getting notifications from Patreon when they become visible and unlocked.

It depends on your tier. Tier 2 you only get access to uncut videos but tier 3 and above gets early and uncut videos. So any new episodes will appear as locked based on your tier. Uncut videos become available usually on the same day as its being released on Youtube

I'd really love to know what's going on with Patreon. I watched Irregular episode 11 yesterday, but there was no episode 12 to watch. Now I can see episode 12, but Patreon says it was posted 4 days ago, and I didn't get a notification about it, but Patreon gives me notifications about all the other videos you post.

They didnt show many of the other matches, especially from the ones where the Guys compete against each other, because the Author Tsutomu Satō didnt write about them in the LNs too. I think he mentioned something about that you could fill almost an entire Book or 4 to 5 extra episodes just for all the other Matches if he would include them ^^
