This episode is legendary for pissing people off. Iβve seen people say they hate this show and all types of wild stuff after it. Though I personally prefer to aim my hatred at Raven Tail. Itβs just good writing in my book. When a show can make me this angry, and as sad and emotional as other episodes have, and happy as some episodes make me. It is a complete show. Love it.

As much as I absolutely hated how they did Lucy. I will say, it only amplified the hype for the remainder of the arc, namely until episode 175 (when fairy tail ends)

Lucy using Uranometria in this episode was some peak fiction for me. I've never been more infuriated watching an anime scene π it was all so perfect I can't believe they did Lucy like that my poor celestial princess

This episode truly infuriates me. I experience the hype every single time and then when I remember what happens right after, I just get so so mad. They did Lucy so dirty. She deserved that win times 10. UGHHH. Mashima did amazing creating a guild we can truly hate
