Yea bleach has some wild abilities, especially in the most recent arc. You can see that her ability is slower to take affect unlike GER but it's just as useful.

Technically yes Orihime can reject you to the point of before your existence, however that's just not in her heart to do. She pretty much rejects causality and returns things to a state before it happened. If you know Jojos, think of GER.
