Would still recommend watching at least the zanpakuto arc and reigai arc after catching up with current bleach. They are filler story, but have canon details, such as the zanpakutos.

Besides the 3 in the fake karakura town, and 4th espada, I believe you're forgetting someone. Yes, it was a 41-episode filler. I didn't watch it when it was airing, but that is a long ass filler arc. Eps 227–229 focus on Mizuiro, a beach episode, and Ikkaku and Yumichika returning to Keigo's household
