Agreed, there's not much of a reason to pick dub for most non-native speakers, and even for native speakers the quality of English voice acting doesn't really compare

The problem is that the being "one of the best English" often just means it's of similarly good quality as the average Japanese dub. As someone whose mother language isn't English and who understands English and Japanese, if asked what foreign language I would like to watch something in why would I not just choose the original that is guaranteed to be how the production intended it and is nearly certain to be of good quality?
