The guy with all the masked people is the Armored Dragon King Perugius, the guy sitting in that flying castle that was shown back at in the first cour of Season 1, so it's only natural to not remember, it's been a while. Also we had Turning point 1 (the teleportation incident) and 2 (meeting Orsted) in Season 1.
