REACTION | "One Punch Man 2x11" - Garou Can't Get a Break!!!
🕑 Added 2019-06-26 02:41:29 +0000 UTCWith the overall season being underwhelming for us, this episode really went hard in development with the most interesting factor of the season. Garou himself.

watched this episode 5 times he hasn’t half delivered
Credits to @jumpaoki for delivering, hell also be animating tons of stuff on ep 12.

Technically his eye is blood shot from the fight with genos and he rubbed the blood from his hands onto his hair giving it an orange look. The animators did a poor job of portraying this in the episode, was most likely a mistake, but yes it is a representation of him becoming more like a monster.
Skurp
His eye and hair changed because he is slowly turning into something, idk if I should say
