Zaheer isn't crazy. But thats the point. He doesn't crave power, he is just a man who is devoted and won't give up until he achieves his goal. In this case, Zaheer is an Anarchist. Youre supposed to kind of agree with his points, then see where he goes wrong. Killing all world leaders won't make a new world, it will only destroy it and create dictator like leaders.
